Malpaís de Güímar. Black, green and blue.

The protected park Malpaís de Güímar (Badlands of Guimar) on the island of Tenerife is a volcanic area where black, green and blue are the dominant colours. We spent three days there, as this rough landscape had an attractive force on us.

End of the Year Again

I find it difficult to look back and to look forward because I am someone who lives in the present. Since I don't know what tomorrow will bring, I don't want to worry too much about what I will do, won't do or should avoid. But one thing is certain: in 2024, I will hold on, just as I did in 2023. Trying not to hurt others, trying to live reducing my carbon footprint. Living with eyes wide open to see beauty wherever it is. Making art out of it.
