Hello, 2017!

2016 ended with heavy rainfall in the region where we are used to spend the end of the year (Mar Menor, Murcia). We saw flooded fields, muddy streets and roads (red mud!), but the landscape is always beautiful and even if it was not possible to hike as usual because of inaccessible paths, we could enjoy the nature.
New Year's Eve was very calm there, that is the reason why we love it: (almost) no fireworks, crackers and other noise that scare our dog so much.

 Back home, I will now try to make the best of this new year. :-) Happy, healthy and creative New Year to you all!

September, finally! Temperatures are dropping (a bit, at least in the mornings and evenings), which is a good thing. We are even expecting some rain tomorrow. End of the Year Again

I find it difficult to look back and to look forward because I am someone who lives in the present. Since I don't know what tomorrow will bring, I don't want to worry too much about what I will do, won't do or should avoid. But one thing is certain: in 2024, I will hold on, just as I did in 2023. Trying not to hurt others, trying to live reducing my carbon footprint. Living with eyes wide open to see beauty wherever it is. Making art out of it.
