First rain?

I love the last days of August (this year, this month has been quite mild, and there were few jellyfish in the sea), where it is still possible to read outside (I have been devouring one book of Yrsa Sigurdardóttir after the other), to have dinner under the stars on the terrace, after a hard day's work. Very soon, I will have to bring my drying chillies that to safety: the first rain of the season is announced!

End of the Year Again

I find it difficult to look back and to look forward because I am someone who lives in the present. Since I don't know what tomorrow will bring, I don't want to worry too much about what I will do, won't do or should avoid. But one thing is certain: in 2024, I will hold on, just as I did in 2023. Trying not to hurt others, trying to live reducing my carbon footprint. Living with eyes wide open to see beauty wherever it is. Making art out of it.
