First autumn rain

Yesterday, we got our first autumn rain here in Southern Spain. Not enough water to fill the water reservoirs, of course, but in this dry country, every drop is welcome. Our home mountain will certainly get a bit greener soon, and sheep and goats will enjoy to find some more food.

End of the Year Again

I find it difficult to look back and to look forward because I am someone who lives in the present. Since I don't know what tomorrow will bring, I don't want to worry too much about what I will do, won't do or should avoid. But one thing is certain: in 2024, I will hold on, just as I did in 2023. Trying not to hurt others, trying to live reducing my carbon footprint. Living with eyes wide open to see beauty wherever it is. Making art out of it.
