Skies are so grey those last days. I wish I could snorkel in Croatia again and loose my soul in the vertiginous undersea landscape there. Everything so colourful, so deep, impossible to describe with words. Underwater

Skies are changing quickly those days, from rain to sun and rain again. Not a weather to make long walks, but there is always something interesting to see along the coast: in the morning, hundreds of seagulls following a fishing boat. In the evening, a huge cloud that came up from the mountain's side.

Something different, nothing to do with abstract art ;-)  Those last months, I have been taking part to a game (I would call it a game rather than a challenge) created by Gema (Poppy Dandelion) ,  Valentina Bandera , promoted  Jon Esparza , while Nora Surojegin runs the Twitter feed): every second Tuesday of each month, we are asked to draw an inflated animal (yes, with Helium, to make a balloon of it). It may sound a bit silly but we have a lot of fun with it! To have a look, search for #animaloon_collective or @Animaloonies . Next animaloon is on March 13th and it will be a cow! Two paintings this week, one with strong colours to celebrate the end of Carnival  yesterday ( Rosenmontag  ("Rose Monday")), and the other with soft tones, to remind that spring will be here soon. A fresh start Starfish

February! It is snowing not so far away in the mountains - fortunately, not here at the coast. But for us, the temperatures are low enough at the moment (without central heating and properly insulated houses). So, I opted for a lot of warm colours! Enjoy and stay warm! Grace
