Back to Valle de Abdalajís

Ten days ago, we went back to Valle de Abdalajís, the first place we visited in June as we finally were allowed to go out of our municipality again and move within the province (but not further). 

We came on time to experience the olive harvest on a sunny day, before a so-called perimeter lockdown was imposed in this area, turning it against to a lost paradise for us.

    I can't remember the last time I saw blue skies - must have been back in the summer! Super shots!

      Thank you, Zsuzsa! Autumn has arrived here too, but fortunately, we often have such blue skies. It helps not to get too depressed as days become shorter.

End of the Year Again

I find it difficult to look back and to look forward because I am someone who lives in the present. Since I don't know what tomorrow will bring, I don't want to worry too much about what I will do, won't do or should avoid. But one thing is certain: in 2024, I will hold on, just as I did in 2023. Trying not to hurt others, trying to live reducing my carbon footprint. Living with eyes wide open to see beauty wherever it is. Making art out of it.
