Winter walk on the beach

I wish weekends were at least three days long, so that I could observe more birds and discover places that offer me the tranquility that cities deny me. I would like to be the voice of the egret or the duck, or just the silence.

I capture the world with the soul of a photographer who is not willing to take one plane after another to find meaning in life or beauty. That would be too easy. There is beauty where I live. Enough of it.

  1. It is a beautiful thought. To be honest, it is easier to find beauty in your place than in a lot of other places, still, slowing down and keeping to themselves should be an imperative to all of us.

    1. Thank you Kis. I think it is just a different approach. From my contacts with other photographers and visual artists, I have the impression that it is easier (if you can afford it, of course) to capture spectacular beauty in "exotic" countries - because that kind of beauty (high waterfalls, volcanoes...). What I am interested in is finding the beauty that is often overlooked, here in my everyday life.
