Breeze of spring
Hurray, days are perceptibly getting longer again! With 18 ºC yesterday night, it seems that spring will be here quite soon (I hope).

It is good that summer is over. You might not really notice it yet during the day, but nights are fresher, and days are getting shorter. Finally! I am glad I was able to spend half the month in the mountains, hiking and forgetting about the state of the world. Chani, these really feel like spring!, the translucent quality of the watercolor is simply fantastic! but while yes the days are longer and I'm loving every (extra) minute, the temps here and more snow makes my wonder how long? (you may have the idea to be in southern Spain!)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Matt! I wanted to created some works that transmit energy! Of course the climate in continental America is much harder than here in Southern Spain. There is still snow here as well though, but only in the mountains, not at the coast where we live. We can see the white mountains in the background from here, a beautiful scenery, but I am glad we do not have to worry about icy streets, etc.
