Valle de Abdalajís

Slowly, we get back to more normality. We are now allowed to move within the province (schools and many shops are still closed, wearing a face mask is still a must in public transports and closed spaces, but anyway). Since we may not go further, we are forced to look for beauty here, which is a good thing: we discovered landscapes near a small town (50 km from here),Valle de Abdalajís, that we most probably would never have seen otherwise: thistle flowers, fields, soft hills. Enjoy!

September, finally! Temperatures are dropping (a bit, at least in the mornings and evenings), which is a good thing. We are even expecting some rain tomorrow. End of the Year Again

I find it difficult to look back and to look forward because I am someone who lives in the present. Since I don't know what tomorrow will bring, I don't want to worry too much about what I will do, won't do or should avoid. But one thing is certain: in 2024, I will hold on, just as I did in 2023. Trying not to hurt others, trying to live reducing my carbon footprint. Living with eyes wide open to see beauty wherever it is. Making art out of it.
