Pizarra: soft hills and a big sky

Situated approximately 30 km from Malaga, the small white town of Pizarra offers some interesting walks with panoramic views: soft hills with olive and almond trees. In some places, it is even possible to see the Mediterranean sea. I made a small sketch there, that I coloured digitally later.
The only catch: in this idyllic landscape, one plane after another was descending for landing at Malaga airport. And: we collected some rubbish other walkers let "fall" in the nature. Hey, people, why is it so difficult to take your rubbish with you?

  1. Amazing landscape and great inspiration behind the sketch - so sad that it's ruined by sound pollution and litter. I get mad too when I see litter all over the place. We live down a country lane which some drivers take as a short cut - not only speeding but also throwing their rubbish out the window. It's only a few people doing it, but affecting the lives of many.
